Club prepares for another competitive summer in USL Academy play
Tormenta FC Academy has officially announced its 2026 USL Academy League schedule, featuring a slate of regional matchups across the Southeast as the club continues its commitment to developing elite local talent.
The eight-game schedule includes a balance of home and away fixtures against established academy programs across the Southeast. The upcoming season provides players with valuable opportunities to compete in a high-performance environment while continuing their development within the USL Academy system.
Tormenta FC’s 2026 USL Academy home matches will be played at Benedictine Military High School in Savannah, Georgia.

Tormenta FC is a founding member of the USL Academy League’s Southeast Division and continues to play a key role in the league’s mission to develop the next generation of professional players.
The USL Academy League provides a high-level pre-professional environment designed for elite youth players, typically within the U15 to U19 age range. The league is uniquely structured to connect academy teams directly with their respective USL First Teams, giving players access to professional-level coaching, resources, and competition.
Through regionalized competition and a schedule that mirrors the professional calendar, the USL Academy League allows players to train and compete at a high level while maintaining strong ties to their local clubs. The platform is built to create clear pathways to the professional game, increase the development of local talent, and expand opportunities for players across USL communities.
