Each week through the end of the 2021 season, Tormenta FC will showcase a different player or coach on the club’s official social media pages with profile questions.
Tormenta FC 2’s first profile is midfielder Chris Heckenberg, who signed with the club in 2021 and is from Melbourne, Australia. Heckenberg and the rest of the Tormenta FC 2 squad will play throughout the summer in search for a USL League Two championship.

Make sure you get enough sleep. It might sound rudimentary, but it’s arguably the most important thing in maintaining general well being.
3. WHAT’S YOUR GREATEST SOCCER ACHIEVEMENT/MEMORY AND WHY?
Representing the U-19 Australian national schoolboys team. It’s the highest level I’ve played at and felt like the culmination of all previous years of work.
4. WHO IS SOMEONE WHO INSPIRES YOU AND WHY?
Lionel Messi. He is someone who has been operating at the absolute highest level of sport for almost two decades. Despite dealing with the difficulties of superstardom and constant pressure, he manages to stay humble and continues to ply his trade to the best of his ability.
5. WHAT’S SOMETHING THAT MAKES YOU UNIQUE AND WHY?
I have three citizenships. I don’t know anyone else that has never had to apply for any sort of visa because they’ve been citizens of every region they’ve traveled to.
6. WHAT’S A HOBBY OR TALENT YOU HAVE OUTSIDE OF SOCCER? HOW DID IT START?
Piano. My mother played piano, and she got me into it when I was young. I enjoyed it, so I never stopped.
7. WHAT WOULD YOU SING AT KARAOKE NIGHT AND WHY?
“What About Me” – Shannon Noll. It’s an Australian classic.
8. WHAT’S YOUR BIGGEST PET PEEVE AND WHY?
People that chew their food loudly. It makes me really uncomfortable.

Godzilla vs. Kong. It was quite average
