STATESBORO, Ga. – South Georgia Tormenta FC 2 continues to build a championship-winning roster under Head Coach Tom Morris; this time around, Tormenta FC 2 is excited to welcome Milo Garvanian to its 2022 USL League Two roster, pending league and federation approval.
Garvanian, a senior from Albuquerque, New Mexico, has excelled in a total of 65 games for the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Since his arrival in 2018, Garvanian has scored seven goals and recorded ten assists as a Tar Heel.

In 2021, Garvanian led the Tar Heels to yet another winning season at Chapel Hill (11-7-2), where the Tar Heels reached the ACC Quarterfinal and the Second Round of the NCAA Championship tournament. Garvanian was the fourth-highest scorer at UNC with four goals and was one of three players with the most minutes played (1826) in 2021.

The club looks forward to opening its new 5,300-seat stadium in Statesboro this year, which will serve as home to the club’s USL League One, League Two and W League squads, as well as Georgia Southern University Men’s and Women’s NCAA Division I soccer teams.
