STATESBORO, Ga. – Get to know Tormenta FC midfielder Kingsford Adjei as he continues his first season in Statesboro! After a successful collegiate career with Dayton University, Adjei was selected in the 2022 MLS SuperDraft by reigning Major League Soccer champion New York City FC as the 56th overall pick.
Bringing a winning mindset to Statesboro, the Ghanian midfielder also played an important role in Des Moines Menace’s 2021 League Two Championship title, scoring five goals in six matches and tying as the club’s top goal-scorer.

I think it has to be Jamie Boegel. We are sort of the same height. I do think I can upset some players though.

I’ve actually never counted them, but ballpark, I would say it’s 20.

Neymar and Eden Hazard.

Confidence. You know, how they carry themselves on the field and how to be good teammates outside the field.
