STATESBORO, Ga. – After impressing during the U.S. Soccer Youth National Team Identification Center on June 14 in Columbia, South Carolina, Tormenta FC Academy 2008 players Osmar Martinez and Eder Chavelas have been invited back to attend the next U.S. Soccer YNT Identification Center in Atlanta, Georgia, today, Wednesday, November 2. Cole Morgan and Keegan Kerr of Tormenta FC’s U14 MLS Next team have also been selected to attend the Identification Center.

Martinez captain’s the 08 age group and played for the USL Academy team this summer and had a goal and five assists.
Chavales has previously participated in two identification camps this year on March 24 and June 14. The hard working forward is clinical in front of goal and likes to stretch defenders with his pace and has a very contagious personality on and off the field.
Kerr is a natural goal scorer and looks to impress in the Identification Center after a great season throughout the Tormenta FC academy season.
Morgan has developed into a tenacious central midfielder with high soccer IQ. Morgan shows great leadership skills within his age group and has become a natural leader throughout the team.
U.S. Soccer YNT Identification Centers are free, single-day player identification opportunities for top talents to train and play games under the direction of U.S. Soccer Talent Identification Managers. IDC’s are a critical element of U.S. Soccer’s Talent Identification Plan and are designed to identify and evaluate top talents for Youth National Teams while accelerating their development in a challenging environment. IDC’s are scheduled throughout the year in key markets across the country.
