Tormenta FC Academy’s Regional Development School (RDS) is a high-level training program designed to give motivated players the opportunity to take their game to the next level. Open to players from all clubs, RDS offers an advanced and challenging environment focused on developing the technical and tactical skills needed to succeed in competitive play. Training sessions are led by experienced, licensed coaches who are passionate about helping each player improve their comfort on the ball, decision-making, and overall game awareness.
Each RDS session emphasizes individual skill development, with a focus on first touch, ball mastery, passing, receiving, dribbling, and finishing — all reinforced through dynamic small-sided play and realistic game scenarios. The goal is to help players build confidence, creativity, and composure under pressure while learning to apply their skills effectively during matches.
The program serves as a bridge between club training and higher-level competition, supporting players in their journey toward soccer mastery. RDS is offered in multiple locations each season — with new sites added as the program continues to expand and reach new areas, increasing access to top-tier development opportunities for players across South Georgia and the Lowcountry.
