STATESBORO, Ga. – May, 2, 2024 – In conjunction with the U.S. Small Business Association’s National Small Business Week, South Georgia Tormenta FC announces the launch of the Tormenta Business Collective, a club-style business program dedicated to supporting the fast-growing corporate community across South Georgia and the Lowcountry of South Carolina.
As the only active professional sports-affiliated business initiative in the region, the Tormenta Business Collective provides businesses with an avenue to reach Tormenta FC supporters, heighten community presence, build new relationships and champion our regional business community.
Key membership benefits include the utilization of Tormenta FC logo rights, formal corporate recognition, brand building, premium tickets to Tormenta FC matches and a variety of V.I.P. membership perks. For each membership activated, Tormenta FC will also make a financial contribution to a regional business support organization in the member’s honor. Members may also tailor their memberships based on individualized objectives. The initial set of founding memberships will be capped and limited.
With economic growth booming in the region, Tormenta FC is dedicated to nurturing the economic vitalization by providing an intentful avenue of support for area businesses. “We have always been an organization built on the fact that entrepreneurship is the lifeblood of a successful community, and our region is a prime example of this reality,” President and Co-Owner of Tormenta FC Darin Van Tassell said. “We want to elevate and amplify our local businesses, so creating the Tormenta Business Collective was a logical step to provide a turnkey way for those companies that want to collaborate with our club and the wider Tormenta FC vision.”
