STATESBORO, Ga. – South Georgia Tormenta FC forward Kazaiah Sterling was voted USL League One’s Player of the Month for July. Sterling’s superb month of July saw him receive three consecutive TOTW honors and led the offensive unit with five goals scored and assisting twice.
“I would like to thank my teammates and everyone at the club who supported me to get to where I am now. The award is a stepping stone that shows that the club is going in the right direction. I picked up my form, but I know I still haven’t hit my stride. The goal for the rest of the year is to continue to get better and help the team get to the playoffs and see what happens then.”
