All sales are final; no refunds or exchanges.
Tormenta FC reserves the right to change the date, location and time of any game or event.
Tormenta FC adheres to a Clear Bag Policy for all ticketed events. Please click here for more information.
All persons ages 4 and older must have a ticket to enter a Tormenta FC event.
Children ages 3 and under are free.
Ticket prices do not include sales tax or processing/shipping fees.
Tickets cannot be resold on Tormenta FC stadium premises, except by authorized personnel.

How do I order Group Tickets?

Who will be able to pick their seat(s) first on the seat back side of Tormenta Stadium?

Once the west end of the stadium becomes available, priority to pick an assigned seat back will be given to VIP Season Ticket Members first. (ex. If you are the fourth person to become a VIP Season Ticket Member, you will be fourth in line to pick your seat(s) in the seat back sections at Tormenta Stadium).

How do I access my tickets?

Visit the link in your confirmation email from TicketReturn and follow the steps in the email to access your tickets.

How much is parking?

Parking at Tormenta FC Stadium is currently only available for VIP Season Ticket Members. Contact a ticketing rep to become a member today!

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! Your Sales & Service Representative can take care of that for you! Please email ticketing@tormentafc.com!

Do you offer refunds for canceled or postponed games?

No, we do not offer refunds. We will offer ticket vouchers for a future game date, if the match is canceled.

When will Season Ticket Member events take place?

Please contact your dedicated Season Ticket Member Representative to receive the dates for your specific Season Ticket Member Events.

Are exhibition (friendly) matches included in Season Membership plans?

Exhibition matches for the 2024 season are included only for VIP Membership Plans and Early Bird Buyers.

Are League One and W League Playoffs matches included in Season Membership plans?

No, playoff matches for the 2024 season are NOT included in the Season Membership plans. Fans with Season Tickets will have their seats held for purchase 48 hours before they are available to the general public.
